Hello, friends! Pastor Greg here from Faith Freewill Baptist Church. As we enter the month of May, we are reminded of the beauty and growth that this season brings. Flowers bloom, trees flourish, and the world around us reflects the vibrant life that God has created.

A Season of Spiritual Growth

Just as nature grows and blossoms, so too can our faith. 2 Peter 3:18 encourages us to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” May is a wonderful time to deepen our relationship with God, spend time in His Word, and reflect on His blessings in our lives.

Celebrate Mothers and Family

This month, we also celebrate Mother’s Day, a special time to honor the mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures who have shown us unconditional love. Proverbs 31:28 says, “Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her.” Let’s take time to appreciate and bless the women who have poured love and wisdom into our lives.

Stay Rooted in Fellowship

Hebrews 10:24-25 reminds us, “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together.” Being part of a church family provides us with encouragement and support as we continue growing in our faith.
